Through his strategic partnerships with developers such as COMVIVE and Desarrollos ECO, he has been involved in the developing, structuring, capital raising, construction and selling of over 3,800 properties across the country encompassing more than $350 million dollars worth of asset value creation.

With more than 11 years of experience, he currently serves as the Head Manager of Business Development at Texas Brine Company, LLC - TBC. Texas Brine is the largest brine producer and largest privately held salt storage company in North America. Texas Brine Company and its related entities are leading brine suppliers to the U.S. chlor-alkali industry and together, supply more than a third of the brine used to make chlorine in North America. Works with multinational petrochemical companies developing long term brine supply agreements across the United States for green field chlor-alkali units.

With his expertise in private equity real estate and a focus on multifamily properties in the Southeast, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. As a real estate investor himself, Albert has established himself as a leading investor in multifamily properties, helping to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities that generate significant returns for himself and his clients.
